This is my list of Must Own items. Weather it is a specific tool for your VW maintenance or a must have accessory you will find it listed here. This list will be a work in progress for the rest of my life.

  • #1: First off you can not have a air cooled VW without owning this book How to Keep Your Volkswagen Alive 19 Ed: A Manual of Step-by-Step Procedures for the Compleat Idiot I know it says manual it the title but, it reads like a familiar book. The "Muir Book" is what you will commonly hear it refereed to among VW enthusiasts has been a must in VW owners libraries sense it was published in 1969.
